Hi, I’m Jess!
And I help good change happen.
I created Possible to Probable to support brilliant leaders and doers on their quests to make the changes we need for a better future happen, faster and more effectively.
I’ve spent 13+ years at the intersection of business and social impact—working mostly from the vantage point of civil society and partnering with business as a high potential lever for change.
I still believe in that potential. Partly because I must (business will have to be a key actor in transforming to and being transformed by a future that truly prioritizes equity and regeneration) and partly because there are now SO many talented and thoughtful change makers working tirelessly to drive transformation from inside of these organizations, industries, and sectors.
But I also see a persistent gap between ambition and execution, and I believe that a major contributor is the long-standing practice of undervaluing and under-developing project management skillsets and support. My mission is all about changing this by building greater capacity and support for the leaders and doers that are shaping our brighter tomorrows.
